Service Policies

These policies ensure that I can accommodate all clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Booking & Appointment Guidelines

When scheduling your appointment, please allow at least 3-4 hours before any event to ensure ample time for the service. Rushed work can affect the final results, and I want to make sure you receive the quality you deserve.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring an additional deposit fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the original deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. No-call, no-show appointments will result in a permanent ban from future bookings.

Guest Policy

For the comfort and focus of all clients, no extra guests are permitted in the appointment, including children. This policy helps ensure a calm, uninterrupted environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

Phone & Technology Usage

During the application process, I kindly ask that clients refrain from using their cell phones to avoid any distractions that may prolong the appointment.
